In our many years of experience, below are some tasks that many couples endeavor for us to do and sometimes may get us out of focus as to what our first priority are and what are our paid-for tasks we should be executing on your wedding day. Or sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that popped out unexpectantly, and to avoid any misunderstanding; below are some compilations (& we are still updating the list) for your idle cousins/ professional brothers/ enthusiast sisters or whomever who are so very eager to help out in your wedding (but don’t know what to help in) and maybe they can help you by taking up these workload (& save on your pocket at the same time). But if you need our professional touch to it, a min. fee is applied:-

Pre-Wedding (PRW)

1. Printing work such as Agenda on tables/ Program booklet for church ceremony/ Escort Cards/ Special Guests Books/ Menu Cards/ table numbers/ place cards – Prices vary depending on designs/ qty/ printing
2. Preparation on speeches/ toasts
3. Administrative work (RSVP & typing of table seating & agendas to soft copy for ushers with photocopies)

One week before Wedding (OWBW)

1. Music & Simple Choreography coordination with a maximum of three (3) rehearsals
2. Additional rehearsal for ceremony/ dinner

On Wedding Day (WD)

1. Ushers during Reception Dinner
2. Special programming & networking via wireless laptop or desktop, projector screen(s) to display table seating (For dinner: 500 pax & above)
3. Additional personnel to oversee gifts & delivery of gifts to the newlywed’s house after the wedding
4. Additional personnel to be in charge of Liquor & return of any balance to newlywed’s residence after the event
5. Special care on personal belongings (projector/ home made deco for event & etc)

Post Wedding (PTW)

1. Animator to create special DVD montage
2. Honeymoon arrangement
3. Any other follow-up (e.g. Dry-cleaning services/ return of coat to bridal shops/ etc)
